I hope other firms will follow but honestly I think the new standard will be 100k for BBs and 110k for EBs
Interesting that Guggenheim started the pay hike trend (I think), and now wonder if they're the firm that's going to start the "increasing its initial pay hike" trend.

I swear if other banks can bump twice, Truist, if you’re reading this, you can bump again too.
It’s not even bump twice though. That first “bump” was from 80k which was a super old figure to account for some inflation and they did that small bump way before all these banks so that doesn’t even count. We’re just asking for one bump to be at or 5k under street shouldn’t have to beg for this it was like that before.
