Latest iteration in the LA A&D saga. What was once Lazard A&D was disbanded and folks left for HL and PWP.
PWP was strong and split into more aviation and precision manufacturing (forget the group names but it was something like this)
Now PWP let some people go and got some others poached over to GUGG. GUGG is just the newest name in this A&D musical chairs. PWP still has a group too though.
Don’t know much about GUGG but PWP was very sweaty and had a lot of churn at the junior level, but a top notch group with great exits.

Also, based on your comment it seems Lazard is essentially off the map now, and it’s just HL, Gugg, and PWP in LA?
