Guggenheim NYC: outlook, culture, hours, exit ops

Rising junior in college at a top-25 non-Ivy and wanted to see what people thought of Guggenheim IBD, particularly the NYC office. Not working there this summer but fortunately due to a connection I will probably be able to score an interview for a SA position next fall. It seems like they are on the rise but I've heard mixed things about their exit ops. Don't wanna stay in IBD forever, would probably look to move to PE or get an MBA. Also curious about firm culture and hours/work-life balance. I know work-life balance and IBD aren't exactly synonymous and hours will suck regardless, but I'm not looking for a Moelis/Lazard sweatshop vibe. And culture is very important for me; if I'm throwing the next few years of my life away I might as well do it with people I enjoy being around.
