Guggenheim Partners IB -SA 24 Recruitment Process (MP specifically but open to all)
Hi all,
I'm looking to get some more insight on Guggenehim Partners(securities) recruitment process for SA24 positions.
Things in particular,
-How many interviews
-What is each interview like (technical | behavioral | etc..)
-General recruiting timeframe
-More insight on MP's background, from research I can tell that they're fairly new and have more upper-levels in their IB and not too many analysts/associates. Was wondering on insight on conversion from SA to FT as well.
