Anyone know if it's R1 -> Superday or if there's more rounds before Superday? Or does it usually vary by year and quality of applicants (i.e., if they have a ton of qualified applicants in R1, then they 'flex' to doing another round of screening by conducting R2 before having a select few amount for Superday)?

Got an email for 2nd round, thought I did ok on 1st round. diversity & non target
also got second round diversity. first round was surprisingly light on technicals, know ch 7 vs ch 11
Damn that’s a pretty low bar for technicals for rx.
it was quite the opposite for me. Though, I was non-diverse..

yeah i didn't get any so far, sad
just followed up with my interviewer (I did the first round almost two weeks ago on Thursday). another member of the gugg rx team almost immediately reached out to schedule a second round. guess we're not going right to superday then. my second round is this Friday; my friend's is as well. might mean that superdays will be next week or sometime soon
