Gym Stipend in IB

I have read that some banks provide gym stipends. Can anyone shed some light on this? If you get a gym stipend, can you say how much it is, and where you work?

Note: I'll be based in NYC

The financial group I work for has commercial agreements with two of the largest gym operators in the country. If that doesn't work (due to location of residence, etc) there is a specified discount on gym memberships. I think it is 50% off, paid monthly after HR approval. If a gym is not on the specified list you can ask for special approval or for the gym to be added (most proper lifting gyms are not on this list).

This is for the UK and I am also based in the US (same employer), where I *don't* get this allowance. It is pretty common in the UK to get a gym membership or discount in banking, consulting, etc.

The gym operators have large-scale agreements with many/most employers to make this work.
