Handed in an incomplete transcript

I was able to secure a summer internship at a BB. I was contacted by HR for the recruitment process, and I realized as I was going through my documents, that the first page of my transcript was missing. They request a single PDF, so usually just merge the CV, and transcript using a free online service.

What should I do? It doesn’t change my listed GPA. As a matter of fact my cGPA has gone up to 3.8 because I did really well post-offer. The first page has my worst semester, my first semester, where I have an F for a course (I retook the course and got an A+). Should I mention it or just leave it be?
