Harris Williams Vs Robert Baird

Let me know your thoughts please.....don't really know if I want to go into PE or stay in M&A...

HW team in the office has only 6-8 total, is that good? Bad?

Is the longer experience a given as it's a lot more expericence?

HW will guarantee that you work strictly on M&A given they do not have capital markets distribution capabilities. RW Baird on the other hand does capital markets transactions.

LDNBNKRit depends which MDs will go and bat for you...
The expression is "go to bat," based on the thoroughly american sport of baseball.

I've heard about HW batting for you....are these two firms not very equal in the MM space for deal flow?

Why HW all the way!? I need that intuition! =d

What about the London?

HW only has 3 analysts and 2 associates here, so I doubt they're taking on many, whereas RWB is established in Europe...

Does this change anything?

Thanks for all the advice so far, I do have a tight deadline so as much info is appreciated

Seems like a pretty mixed review...I have already seen that document, thanks though, it is showing rapid improvement for Baird...

If there's anything else I should consider, please feel free to post / PM me
