Harris Williams vs. Wells Fargo

Title. From my understanding HW is up there with Baird/Blair while WF has a solid presence in M&A but leads with their balance sheet. Both cultures seem pretty great, sounds like HW is a bit sweatier. Is this pretty spot on? What would best option be for overall exposure? Unsure of future goals and want to keep optionally (Richmond vs. Charlotte office)
