Has any firm other than JPM sent out a wave of first rounds?
It seems like most firms are doing rolling first rounds/super days with more top candidates and that other than JPM, there hasn't been a larger wave of first rounds sent out? Anyone know if they're coming soon, or all of recruiting will be like this?
i'm a little confused. if a whole bunch of first rounds are being sent out before the application deadline, what happens to those who submit at the deadline?

Morgan Stanley has sent out a wave of phone first rounds for IB at my school. On the application portal, I was given 16 different times to pick from, so I am assuming 10+ kids from my school got first rounds.
Goldman has also sent out a lot of hirevues - seems like they were selective in sending them out though. Evercore has sent out first rounds for diversity students.
When did they send out MS phone interviews and when did you submit your app if you don't mind me asking haha
They sent out MS phone interviews like 11 days ago and i submitted my app on 7/22. The MS phone interviews took place this past week. This might have been just for my school though
