I don't think UBS is done recruiting non-core honestly. They have been known to hold superdays as late as February, and I don't see why they shouldn't have one or two in December.

That said, I was told in my first-round that my guy would definitely be putting me up for a SD, and haven't heard anything, so this could all just be recklessly blind optimism.

To reiterate, tho, UBS IBD doesn't recruit at my campus at all. I met an ED from a coverage group at our big alumni event, and a couple days later I did well, he said he'd recommend me for the next round. A couple days later, he emails me saying UBS is cutting out the next round of phone screens, and tells me he's putting me in for the SD. That was a little over a month ago. I hit him up last Monday, he said it's all in HR's hands.

Down to brass tacks, I think UBS filled their SD spots and offers faster than expected. Sounds like they've done 2, maybe 3, for target schools, and maybe they'll have 1 or 2 for non-core candidates. Either way, no use worrying until next Monday.
