I know a bunch of guys who worked there and they all left...Apparently they pay below street level and most of the seniors are horrible to work with and bad bankers (except for the french guy). I think in 2 years more than 5-6 people left the firm for a company of less than 10 people...

I'm surprised to read these negative comments. Having worked with Tegris for over a year now, I disagree with everything you're saying. The senior executives are a team of well rounded, intelligent and talented group of people who all work very hard and have a lot to offer their clients. The Tegris team currently has about 20 employees (not less than 10) and have recently doubled their office space. It seems to be a growing organization with a phenomenal leader and a group of motivated professionals. I think what they achieved in the world of finance is exciting to say the least. The negative comments sound a bit like sour grapes to me.

The facf that you have one post and the fact that the post is used to defend a company makes it hard for someone to believe you're nonbiased.

Brand new account bumps old post to talk about how great this place was. That doesnt seem odd at all.

I tend to be too busy working so blogging isn't a huge priority for me but I felt compelled to write after reading blatant lies about this organization. I am not Mr. or Mrs. Tegris by any means. Just a worker bee. I just don't think its fair for one person to throw significant lies out there. It sounds a lot like sour grapes to me and I wanted to clear the air by providing my take on the subject. I've been in finance for 20 years, I'm not new to the community and just because I never blogged on this site doesn't invalidate me. I'm just an employee telling it as I see it. Clearly someone has an ax to grind for whatever reason and rather than tell the President of the company their feelings, they just sit online and spread negativity which isn't nice. I'm very happy at Tegris and excited about the changes and projects in the works. This is my opinion. Please respect that.
