I was browsing LinkedIn and I saw a ton of incoming SA in Dallas. I even saw a kid from MS MC. Isn't that considered a top group for MFPE? I saw plenty of JPM and GS guys as well. A few Evercore and not all of them were in the RE space either. Have banks started shifting a portion of bankers to Dallas? Anyone know if they have any JPM M&A out of Dallas?
