EDIT: Manhattan
Yeah. Supply seems to be constrained due to the fact that new supply is dependent on Jun-September 2020 leases finally expiring. Also a lot of landlords seem to be not listing apartments until a few days before the end of the month to try to get desperate tenants. Some are even raising the price every few days on streeteasy. Its basically impossible to find a decent apartment in Manhattan that doesnt close within 1 or 2 days.
