Heading Cover Photo for CV?

Would a heading cover photo (first image attached) look too unprofessional for a CV, and be immediately rejected by IB/MBB HR departments? Or would it not be significant in the slightest. Attached is a comparison of the two below:

Thanks. Would removing the blue theme entirely be better? Thought it would be more interesting and stand-out for recruiters but no longer think this is the case.

When it comes to Resumes and layouts, you ideally do not want to stand out.

 

This site has a resume template, please use it. This type of stuff you’ve uploaded won’t be read by a lot of ATS systems
