Healthcare/Biotech Banking Resources
In my first year at my firm I have been on a lot of healthcare/biotech equity offerings and am falling in love with the sector. I am looking for resources to improve knowledge of the industry (quality sector primers) and how m&a/licensing agreements are structured. Please lmk of any resources; technical books that are geared towards healthcare/biotech modeling, websites, podcasts, and youtube channels that are a good consistent source of information ... anything that comes to mind!
I've found The Long Run with Luke Timmerman is a cool and informative podcast for those interested.

What is the name of the GS report from '17?
Piper Sandler’s research team puts out bioinsights reports that are pretty long landscapes on spaces within biotech (e.g. cell therapy) that are pretty interesting reads. Should be able to pull from wherever you get research
