If I don’t hear back from a interview within two weeks should I be under the assumption that I am out of the running? Or is no news good news and just interviewing other candidates as well? This is for pre superday

Are bankers restricted usually from responding to any follow ups asking about status of the process?
An associate told me expect to hear back in 1.5 months after the superday, for an off-cycle role, is that normal?

Generally, if you don't hear back within a week, it's safe to consider yourself dinged. Interviewed the week before and haven't heard back, so I am assuming I am dinged.
