Bump , would really like some thoughts on this
If you already have a job lined up it makes zero difference as long as you don't drop below 3.0. Do whatever the hell you want.
For Buyside Recruit and For BSchool, how is a 3.6 with a BS in Finance (at a school where most people have two concentrations) perceived against a 3.5 with a BS in Finance and (Stats/Operations).
Would the BS in Finance seem like I just screwed around in undergrad? At least with the Stats, I can explain I took a difficult major which is why I have a slightly lower GPA.
Anyone else?
I don't think anyone will care regardless. That goes double if you already have a job.
Are BSchools like strict about UG GPA especially HBS, Wharton, & GSB?
I've heard some high GPA averages and don't forgive lower GPAs.
