HELP: Interview advice
As the title says, I'm desperately in need of some of interview advice. I've had multiple superdays/offers but have not received anything. I have two superdays coming up soon and really need help. I don't think my issue is technical, but rather behavioral. Any tips/advice for behaviorals would be much appreciated.
What has worked for me is having a narrative/lens through which you talk about your experiences, instead of just a mishmash of seemingly unrelated experiences. Think about which themes you can speak to, and rely on those
Your best bet is to create 4 or 5 stories in your mind from college/previous experience that support the general qualities they're likely looking for (honesty, hard work, other bs). So when they ask "what's your greatest weakness", you got some bullshit story on hand that you can morph into an answer for that q. And so on and so on. Ex in college I was assigned to a team where we had to run a business thru the economic changes that our professor determined. You can take this story thru multiple angles - modeling, teamwork, deciviness, etc.
