Help: JP Morgan Corporate Client Banking LA?

Hi everyone,

I recently received a summer analyst offer from JP Morgan's Corporate Client Banking team based out of LA and am trying to learn more about the group.

From my understanding, CCB is a hybrid group that deals with both investment and commercial banking products. Many of the bankers I spoke with during interviews said I would get good exposure to LevFin/capital markets work, but I'm not sure how much modeling I would actually be doing. It's also officially housed under the commercial bank, despite getting staffed on IB projects.

I've heard very good things about mobility at JP and would consider moving to Levfin or a team under IBD after a year or two should I receive a return offer.

Is it feasible to move from CCB to CIB after a year or two within the bank? What other exit opps would be possible from JP CCB? Any other insights to the group are much appreciated. Thanks!
