Help Needed for Accepting Offer

Hi Community,

I have been a year-long lurker since 2016 (read up, got a big 4 offer, now a boutique CF offer) and have decided to create this account to ask a question.

Background Info. I am from a non-target undergraduate school in Asia Pacific. Have received calls from MM IB (M&A) but nothing passed that. Currently in my final year, expecting to graduate in July 2018. I have been offered a full time position in a CF boutique firm during my internship period which deals mainly with CF advisory (privatisation, etc) as well as ECM (IPOs, share issuance etc). The CEO of the firm as well as the MDs have treated me really well, in terms of directly dealing with deals, going for site visits overseas, and constantly asking me to take up new ventures including an IPO of a firm in the next month or so. The pay wise is very competitive in terms of general undergraduate population, top 20% I would say. The "cons" would be that it is a small firm (less than 8) and only 2 are within my age group, very different from the big 4 consulting field. As I am graduating in July 2018, there is still an opportunity for me to do a winter internship (Dec-Jan 2018) as well as a summer internship (May-July 2018).

Question I was wondering, where is the difference between pushing for higher heights v.s stop being a greedy cunt? I feel that I will learn a lot in the boutique firm because of proper guidance and mentorship, but I also want to go to a BB (it might never happen though) because of the salary as well as the prestige. Any thoughts, advice, lashings would be greatly appreciated. I value your practical honesty rather than a "motivational" speech from any other.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this!

Thank you for replying. I should have clarified, they already offered me but it is non contractual; just join back when I graduate.
