I was just offered a first-round interview at Greenhill in the restructuring group SA 2027. I applied on a whim, haven't spoken to anyone there, and don't know the first thing about restructuring. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Also, how are the exit ops?

As others pointed out, it doesn’t look good if you don’t know anything about RX since it’s quite a technical group. That said, this is one of the moment where leveraging AI to get up to speed quickly with RX concept would be a good idea

Nah no update. Don’t know much about their process but kind of puzzling how we could both have senior referrals but the guy who applies on a whim and knows nothing about rx has heard back. Can’t imagine they wait to interview referred candidates later. Who knows
