HELP! Nielsen IPO Filling

Does anyone know where I could get some potential growth figures for the possible Nielsen? I have access to all the financial databases but everyones been pretty tight lipped about this deal & numbers have been hard to come by.

Historical or projected growth? You can find historical growth in the S-1 filing (assuming it's been filed). Projected growth really doesn't come out until research analysts publish their first report on the company. Sometimes this website will take a stab at projections pre-IPO, but I don't know how reliable their estimates are.

m8Do a google news search on Nielson IPO valuation. I think awhile back there was an FT article that mentioned a target EBITDA 2010 figure that the company would go public on. Not sure how accurate it was, seemed like a stretch.

Other than that, there likely wont be any publicly available projections before the IPO.

You wouldn't have a link to that would you?
