none are targets, but being in the top 10-20 percent of any those would do you fine.
I go to a non-target top50 school and only top 3-4% of the b-school make it to wall street.
Some of those are targets for mid-tier BB’s. Know so with my own experience
Thanks!
I personally know people from Baruch, Rutgers, Fordham, and Colgate on Wall Street. Probably have met the most from Rutgers - but that is limited to my experience of course.
thanks for the input!
Colgate Fordham Rutgers Baruch UIUC

is this from worst to best or the other way around haha thanks
Everyone here will have different first hand experience. Hopefully you have the logic and maturity to comprehend that.
The top two on my list get OCR recruited for Credit Suisse and Barclays (heavily) at the very minimum for coverage groups with recent young alumni also pretty much at every B.B. in IB Risk positions. IB coverage positions. Rutgers is an incredibly easy school to get into / have never met someone from there. Baruch and Pace University are well represented at BB’s. You have to realize that some of the banks in NY want representation from local NY schools. I put UIUC last because I do not see any alumni at the BB I’m at.
You also need to understand that the top 10-15% of a class will be given the sameness opps for top internships. You need to work hard wherever you go and yes, catch a lucky break - true for anyone
Second this
UIUC is certainly better represented than any of those if you are not trying to go to NYC. Chicago is the obvious location, but I've seen some in San Fran and L.A. too.
