Help with offers: ubs or endowment fund?

All else equal, which should a take?

1. UBS investment banking in nyc (not sure about group)
2. Top endowment fund with several billion aum and operates very similarly to a f-o-f.

Taking into account lifestyle, exit opps, and prestige, which should i take? Thanks!

unless you're in canada endowment funds generally suck. you'll work less, never move up, and rarely get any real compensation. must be very political...i'd go ubs b/c those skills are much more transferable anywhere. endowment skills are more talent evaluators...not actual talent.

these are of course generalizations, unless i knew your specific group, i wouldn't be able to be exact.

If the glove don't fit, you must acquit!
