High-Rise Renting advice
hi everyone,
I am looking to sign for a one-bedroom in a midtown high-rise and I was wondering if anyone has any advice about the process. Anything to be careful about/check out in detail? How was your experience?

To check about the contract or the apt itself?
For the contract:
1) what is the security deposit?
2) do they have a cap on how much they can increase rent (normally they won’t)?
3) are there fees for any amenities (some charge for gym, etc)?
4) what is the policy for breaking the lease?
5) how much notice do you have to give when moving out (some require you to give notice even if your lease is ending)?
That’s off the top of my head
Really appreciate thank you. also, they are requiring me to pay the holding fee but I am yet to see/get access to the entire lease agreement. Is this how the market works?
