High School Transcript in BB Background Check?

I'm an incoming 2021 SA at a BB. Been hearing some stories of kids not getting returns for having not-so-great things on their records. I've been doing really well at my current college but did make some mistakes back in high school. Got suspended once during sophomore year of high school and obviously got my act together afterwards.

Does anyone have insight on how this will affect me during a background check? I'm not sure if my employer will ask for high school information or how much they will scrutinize it. Thank you all in advance.

You’re worried that getting suspended in high school will show up on a background check?

Listen buddy, juvenile court records are sealed so u could’ve fuckin shanked someone sophomore year and it still wouldn’t show up. No one cares about u stealing a cinnamon roll when you were 15.
