Highest paid business jobs?

I just got accepted to a MM IB and was looking at my non targets undergrad salary start rate, and found for 2021 there were several non finance majors throwing over 110 at the high points for that graduating class.

Now let me preface by non target. We might actively have 15 alumni at most in investment banking anywhere.

So what the hell are these jobs these economics, information systems, real estate majors getting that they base at or above IB Analyst pay???

Also have a friend going to a boutique consulting firm in a 2-3rd tier city where they pay 90-110 to start with quarterly bonuses and promotion possibilities 2 a year.
