Hilarious accident and a lesson in the true value of a blazer or suit jacket

There was a truck giving out free ice cream outside the office building today, as an advertisement thing.

I eat lunch. I go outside. I get a free ice cream bar. I sit on a nearby fountain ledge and eat my ice cream. I drop a piece of chocolate and don't notice. I stand to greet another intern with their ice cream. I sit back down...on the chocolate. You can probably guess where this is going.

I finish the ice cream and go back to my desk. I shift in my chair...and is that a smudge? I stand. That smudge was not there when I left for lunch...oh shit. I go to the bathroom and guess who looks like they "oh shit" themselves literally...in light colored pants.

Since I noticed almost as soon as I got back to my desk, only people who could have noticed would be the others around me as I head back to my seat. By some miracle, no one I know or work with saw.Thankfully, the office is very chill. I tie my blazer around my hips to hide the chocolate, clean the chair with some paper towels, and leave the office a little early.
