hirevue horror
This is a bit embarrassing, but I have been doing hirevues for finance-related roles FOREVER, but i have just struggled so much with them. In the most recent one I did today, I accidentally lost track of time and got cut off on one of the questions, and this impacted me across the questions that happened after. I just find them to be so horrendous and cringey and I feel like I have never really been able to pass one. Does anyone know how these are reviewed and have any advice on how to get better? I do fine in in-person interviews but its the video interviews that are the real issue for me.
