History of CDO's!

Hi Monkeys,
I really need help finding books/articles/journals on the history of collateralized debt obligations, such as uses and prominence before 2002. This would be very much appreciated.

I'd recommend that you ask someone for a Primer on CDOs; I know that they would have stuff from early/mid 2000s; I'm also assuming that you have went down the avenue of googling bulge bracket banks (CS, DB, UBS... to name a few)a few + History of CDOs or a Primer on CDOs (collateralized debt obligations--spelled out you may try too). Hopefully this is some help.

Try the Big Short by Micheal Lewis. Its a great book about the housing crisis and he goes into CDOs.
