HK BB groups rank and return rate?
So I am curious about how would you rank different groups in BB at HK? Also what is the return rate in 2015 and outlook in 2016? Got a summer internship in one of the BB and have no clue in terms of choosing groups.
Also I am seeking suggestions regarding how to outperform during the internship and win the return offer. Any advice would be helpful, thanks a lot!

consumer or fig Craziest hours there but highest chance of return imo
what about M&A and TMT?
No idea about m&a but TMT is average i believe
thx!
Guess you have already submitted your team preference, so just for your reference: M&A - low return rate, in fact all product teams have low return rate TMT - average DI - decent rate, good culture FIG - easy to return, horrible hours CR - average, horrible hours Energy - decent rate, hours vary
Is this specific for JPM? or generally speaking for every BB in HK?
HK BB IBD teams (Originally Posted: 04/10/2017)
Hi guys, I am going to intern at one of the Tier 2 BB in HK (think about BAML/Citi/UBS/CS) this summer. Recently I am considering about the team selections. So I'm just wondering anyone here could provide me with any insights into the teams of these banks, especially M&A? What are their deal flows? What's the typical exit opp there (staying in banking is also a choice for me tho)? I will also deeply appreciate it if you could give me any info about the other groups, e.g. TMT, Industrials, FIG, NR.
Thx a lot!

BB HK Return Offers (Originally Posted: 10/10/2017)
Hi,
I am currently a student who was born in the US. I would like to work in HK, and I was wondering if anyone could comment on the return offer rates for BB HK offices - are they in-line with BB NY return offer rates?
bump - particularly interested in MS/JPM/Citi
I would assume its similar, anywhere from 2% to 6%. Educated guess.

Anyone got any idea on return rates of summer analysts for bulge bracket in HK? Also, is it appropriate to ask HR on this?
