Received offer from Citi and HSBC, in final stages for UBS, would like to know more about the standings and prospects of the above for decision making. Much appreciated.

I would echo that Citi is probably the best one out of the three. If you're looking for prestige and a good learning experience its definitely Citi. If you want to be sure that you will be getting a return/want a better work-life balance, then choose HSBC.
UBS in HK isn't all that brilliant.
If you check the dealogic M&A ranking UBS is the top. Having said that, HSBC is strong in Asia overall when you take into account of the capital markets, and Citi is strong in CMO traditionally. Depends on which part of IBD you want to explore the most
Personally, I would choose Citi easy. They have by far the best brand, a great position globally/firmwide alongside the other US IBs, and their CMO is separate (assuming you want to do IBD).
