Everyone except analysts at HL should be getting their bonus numbers this week and if the Litquidity post is to be believed, seems like it went poorly for the record year 2021 was. Post your Position and #s below.

What did the litquidity post say about bonuses?
120-130 for associate 1 in CF. Less than BBs
What were BB bonuses
Really awful if true. That was top bucket An2 at RBC last year.
Sounds like all-in comp for AS1 was $300k - right on par with historical norms (2017 - 2020).
Banks are starting to look forward at a modest 2022. Everyone needs to lower their bonus expectations after a crazy 2021.
This is supposed to be the bonus from that crazy 2021. The reviews are based on the fiscal year started 4/1/21 and ended 3/31/22. HL just pays stupidly late so the comps for this bonus are to others' 2021 bonuses
Except wage inflation in general has been much more pronounced since that time, so even if bonuses were to go down this year, they shouldn't go back to what they were previously.
any idea on where Analyst shake out on this?
Everyone until now is basing their info on one data point posted by Litquidity, which said that a portion of comp was in stock. Associate and analyst bonuses are all-cash, so unless pay structure radically changed, something about that post was off.
FWIW, heard CF did well.
Associates in CF did get part of comp in stock
I firmly believe that liquidity post was from someone who got bottom bucket. Significantly below the data points I am hearing from associates at HL
