50k is awful. I’m sorry. Looks like HL is falling off
Everyone does this stupid song and dance every year. $50K has been roughly market for first years for years now. Every year people complain that bonuses are not at 2021 levels, without the deal volume to support it. Also total comp makes more sense if you are even going to compare since salaries today are different from 2020/1.
I heard top bucket was ~$100k
