Current AN2 at a no-name boutique in LDN. Got an offer to lateral to HL Tech and Arma Partners, both in London. Arma pay is better but HL has a better name globally. Long-term goal to lateral to a BB (TMT team) or directly join a leading Growth Equity shop. Which one would you recommend and why?

Arma Partners. Bigger deals on average, better comp, and similar exit opportunities within TMT. You might as well get paid more with the same % chance to lateral to BB.
