If it's a MNC, the firm should take care of everything. If you're applying for a local shop, I have no idea.
it's a semi-BB so i assume it should be fine?
If by semi-BB you mean something along the lines of CS, DB, BS, yes... it should be fine. If they have an international presence, I wouldn't worry about it. These firms are used to recruiting from abroad.
CS, DB, and BS are now considered semi-BB? i would think C deserves the downgrade moreso
