Honours Semester or Work Experience?

guys, need your help deciding something for me. i'm currently doing my third internship with a MM in their Risk group, have had prior experience working in FP&A and Business Development for different companies but I've had trouble landing an IB SA gig in my city (coming from a non-target and have done quite a bit of networking but to no avail unfortunately - most boutiques weren't hiring).

anyways, i'm pretty much done my UG degree (not so great gpa around a 3.3) but i'm registered in an Honours program, which requires me to do one more semester before I grad. My last semester should be this coming Fall. I am undecided right now, as to whether I should

1) Finish an Honours semester in the Fall OR
2) Do a 4th work term with some other company (I'm not confident I can get a IB internship gig in the fall, but there are some good companies out there looking for people such as GE cap, and some small buy side firms)

**Note - I need to finish before 2012, meaning by the end of Dec 2011, I will be FINISHED my last semester at school or have COMPLETED my internship (for personal reasons)

Since I will also be going for FT recruiting in the fall, I don't know which will be more valuable. The reason I was doing an Honours Degree was because most bankers seem to have a Degree with Honours so that's what I was doing. However, I am unsure at this point as to whether work experience trumps an Honour semester or vice versa.

Any help deciding is appreciated Thanks
