Curious if anyone has insight into the REGAL team at Houlihan Lokey. From what I understand, they sit under the Financial Restructuring Group but operate in a more siloed fashion. Seems like they touch both RX and more traditional M&A deals as well.
Anyone have color on the group’s deal flow, culture, exit opps, etc.?
