How is the HL Corporate Finance practise in London, esp. the Consumer & Retail and TMT team? Exits? Prestige?

Ok MM shop. Exits will be tough.
But I want to go to MF/ UMM afterwards?
Gonna be a long ride to get there. You’ll have to move to a good/Top MM, and then to a BB/EB to do UMM/MF.
Most likely exit will be LMM. UMM if lucky, but I won't count on it
Which funds?
Could you let me know which funds in London this might be? 3i, Equistone?
HL Lodon does not have TMT Team par se. They do have Data Analytics Team which they acquired as part of Quayle Munro. Difficult to say how do they rank compared to other MM IBs.
The consumer practice seems to be pretty solid.
Overall, HL has good relationships with Sponsors in both UK and continental Europe (not mentioning the US), so exit opps should be alright. Except, if you want to go to a MF, than BB would make it easier. But if you aim for MM HL should cater for that.
But there is hardly anyone on Linkedin with MM PE exit from HL?
