Houlihan Lokey Transaction Opinions?

Hi, wanted general info on the group. It seems to be among the best for transaction advisory from what I’ve seen. I have an interview coming up, and wanted to see if anyone else has gone through the process before.

For a first year analyst, what would the comp look like? And for summer analyst? The ranges on all the listings are super wide, like a 40k+ spread.

As far as hours and exits go, how are they? I read it’s still rough but not as bad as IB. Would this be more around 60 hours? Also curious about exits people have seen out of this group. As far as exiting to Ib, that’s not a priority for me.
