Killer deal flow in LMM to MM. Sponsor sell-side king.
Sweaty as fuck. Poor bonuses. Big staff churn to the sponsor community or BB/EB.
Any reason why bonuses are low?
Because they charge fuck all fees and keep the bonus pool for MDs.
It's a high volume flow chop shop.
Great experience but don't do a career there.
Are bonuses bad across all teams?
Bad comp (apart from RX), slow promotion, but good culture from what IK. RX exit opps are excellent, rest not so good (MM PE or EB/BB lateral)
Can you share numbers?
I don't have any concrete numbers apart from AN1 bases unfortunately - this is all based on anecdotes
How are the hours actually? I have an offer coming from MBB (did RX here) but not sure if the lifestyle will kill me.
Is it like 9- Midnight Mo-Wed, 9 - 10.00 Thu and 9 - 6.00 on Friday?
If you’re going into RX it will be much worse than that. V rarely finishing before 2am in the week and weekend work for sure.

Hours at rts aren’t worse than other divisions but the clip at which you work might be more intense
They are good in LMM/MM consumer
