Hours & Comp at BBs in Nordics
Any insight (IB)? Comp’ll be lower but by how much? Are hours more benign?

For BBs, salaries, bonuses and hours are comparable to London.
Nordic banks generally have lower base but higher bonus % (seen everything from 100% to 250% in some cassa), so total comp is similar to BBs.
However, tax is a bit higher than in the UK
