Housing and rent as a IB SA
Going to be at a BB this summer.
1) I live in NYC in one of five boroughs with parents
2) Commute within the train is 45min
3) What would be the pro and cons of not living in the city, because I prefer living with parents
4) Will it be possible to do it with the 45 min train commute.
