Houston IB S+ Shop vs. Dallas RE Middle-Office Role

Hi all, I am recruiting for full-time and am trying to decide between two very different offers.

The first is a great energy shop in Houston, strong name brand but limited exits. TC is expected to be around 170-190K, 80-90hr work weeks are very typical. The dallas shop is RE Capital Markets, so basically more of a middle-office type of role. TC is around 110k, hours are closer to 50hrs a week.

Not sure what I am looking for long-term, would be happy to hear any thoughts.
