Wondering why Greenhill was ranked so high and PJT / Citi are ranked so low on the Vault Prestigious bank rankings. Also some oddballs like Guggenheim and UBS ranked pretty high

The Vault rankings really are marketing BS
It can't be entirely accurate by definition. "Prestige" is something that exists entirely as a matter of collective opinion, so arguing about "Prestige" is no more scientific or accurate than trying to make a list like "coolest action movie stars" or "hottest actresses of 2017"
Quality of exit opps/deal rankings on the other hand are easily quantifiable.

idk where you're coming from bro but Buzzfeed is easily one of the most reliable sources of news within the financial services industry. Rumor has it that the WSJ pulls most of their top stories/research from Buzzfeed, and Buzzfeed doesn't even attempt to stop them due to their unique and prestigious reputation.
Blackstone used to be #1 (also #1 on prestige) on that list but post spin off I don't think Vault understands the prestige is still the same for PJT and they are doing way more business than they used to so the current ranking doesn't make much sense
