How are decisions made after AC? (London Edition)
From what I can read here, the process in the USA seems to be quite straightforward after superdays. Bankers get together, force-rank candidates, and calls are made the same day/day after the interview. But based on personal experience interviewing, and by speaking to some of my friends, it seems like in London post-AC decisions are made differently, if only for the waiting times (Takes weeks if not months to hear back, even when successful. Yes, I am talking about BBs and EBs). Would love some insights into the process!
