You don't remember? You hit your head and were in a coma for a long time. When you woke up you were going on about some massive financial crisis that you thought had happened, but didn't. Lehman Brothers is doing fine, they're right near the top of the league tables like they've always been. Why are you still going on about this?

I have the same question but regarding Merrill Lynch, students who graduated this year from my program are saying they are going to work for Merrill in their IBD. Is Merrill still "winding down"?

The entity Merrill Lynch still exists as a separate unit so it isn't inaccurate to say that.

Lehman still exists, plenty of compliance officers still work there winding down all the settlements they owe.
