how are you able to focus? my anxiety is hitting the roof. I can barely focus. Im unable to do anything productive unless I really have a deadline. how do you deal with it? im binge eating. watching too much tv. my heart is pounding. there is no obvious reason but that’s how it’s like

Felt the same way this past week. Doesn't help that I am not working in my home country and my family is pressuring me to quit and come home. Hoping I can get past it this week and start getting shit done again.
