Cringeworthy
Had decent success with smaller ones with only people on my team- having a 5 person zoom call can be totally chill and I feel like I did get to know those people pretty well. Anything with over 10 people was a complete shit show tho
Have had two so far and both were pretty awkward, it just sucks when only one person can talk at a time.
